Reservations can be made for caravans, campers and tents with a stay of at least two consecutive nights. In addition, reservations can be made for groups of forty or more persons. Of course you are also more than welcome if you want to stay fewer than two nights!

Reservation requirements


When making a reservation (by mail info@gaaspercamping.nl or by letter/fax number 00-31-(0)20-6969369), you must provide your:

• arrival and departure dates
• number of adults and children in your party
• accompanying pets, if any

In addition, you must indicate for a caravan/camper reservation :

• whether you have a single-axle or double-axle caravan or motorhome
• in case of a motorhome, its weight in tonnes
• whether you intend to erect a closed awning or a sun roof
• whether there will be additional tents

If the reservation request is granted, you will receive written confirmation. On the day of arrival, you are welcome to check in after 1:30 PM. During your stay, you are required to hand in your international camping card (CCI card), but if you do not have such a card, you can alternatively hand in a valid identity card, passport or driving licence.
